Sharifa Knowles

Sharifa Knowles is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is the owner and founder of Sharifa Knowles Wellness. Her mission is to educate women on how to nourish their bodies without restriction or fad diets. She takes a holistic approach to nutrition by using bio feedback markers (energy, sleep, athletic performance, hunger, mood) to assist her clients in reaching their goals. Sharifa guides her clients by using a behavior change approach by practicing evidenced-based nutrition science individualized to each person. When she’s not educating and serving her coaching clients, she enjoys traveling with her family, beach trips, and staying physically active.

  • How long will I have access to the course materials?

    After purchase, you will gain immediate access to all of the modules. You will have LIFETIME ACCESS to the course material videos, handouts, and resources. This includes any course updates.

  • How much of a time commitment will this involve?

    As a self-paced course, the minimum amount of time from start to finish is under an hour. The material in the videos and handouts are quite dense, so I suggest taking in each module as a separate activity and complete the follow-up activities prior to moving on to the next lesson. It was created with busy women in mind, so you can listen to it on the go, or follow along with the lesson slides.
